Here at ServicePoint Software we have developed a number of modules for Figure Gemini. Some replace the functionality of exisitng module, others provide new functionality.

Either way it's software that works!

Web-ePOS

Web-ePOS is a virtual till operator that automatically collects sales from a suitable website/e-commerce solution, processes the data and passes it onto Figure Gemini as if the web site were a till.

Order Printing

Order Printer is a stand-alone module that takes the functionality of the standard module and enhances it.

Ticketing

Ticketing is an application designed to be a replacement for the existing Print Tickets module. It takes the ideas behind the existing module and improves upon them. It is much easier to navigate through and view previously created tickets. There's also the abiity to exclude tickets within a batch from the printing process. Datamax and Zebra ticket printers are supported.

PostOffice

PostOffice is a cost effective Post Code look-up module that integrates with Figure Gemini POS, replacing any existing look-up software with a very competitively priced alternative. At only £99.50 per POS per year, it is not region specific - you will have access to a full UK Postcode database.

Zero Stock Levels

Zero Stock Levels is an application that provides new functionality to the Figure Gemini Head Office PC. As its name implies, the module allows the user to set stock levels to zero.

Crtieria of stock to zero out is selectable, ie by Supplier, by Branch, by stock level.

It is designed to be used at Head Office level, although it can be used at branch level as well.

Sessions As CSV

Sessions As CSV allows you to export any/all saved, unprocessed order sessions as a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file that can easily be imported into a spreadsheet appication - e.g. Excel.

It is no longer necessary to go into the Order Manager and open indivual saved order sessions to see what's been put on the order.

ServicePoint Software

ServicePoint Software is an established, experienced business providing software support to existing Figure Gemini point of sale system users.

As well as providing valuable support and expertise to our customers, the ServicePoint team has developed a number of stand-alone applications that integrate with the software either enhancing or replacing current functionality and others that provide new functions.

Although we are providing software support for the Figure Gemini POS system, we aware of its limitations and that some issue can not be fixed without re-writing parts of it.

It is inevitable that, as newer versions of Windows are released and older ones are dropped, there will come a point where the software will not run on the latest version of the operating system. We've been unable to get it to run satisfactorily, or at all, on anything later than Windows XP Professional; and that won't be available for much longer.

Our goal is to produce a complete replacement for Figure Gemini - using the latest Operating Systems and development software - and continue to move forward, embracing the latest hardware and software developments thereby creating software that is as future-proof as possible.

We have a replacement POS in development which is progressing steadily.
